Monitoring is infrastructure you depend on for years. These five commitments define what you can rely on.
Every license key is perpetual from day one. Its host and tenant limits apply permanently, and nothing is switched off or locked when the update period ends.
A license includes 12 months of updates. Without a renewal, newer versions are no longer included; the version you run stays fully licensed.
As long as you renew without a break, you keep your price.
Increases for existing customers never exceed inflation as measured by the ISTAT consumer price index, never exceed 5% per year, and are announced at least 90 days in advance.
No feature is ever moved to a more expensive plan after the fact.
All data lives in your own PostgreSQL database, on your server.
Per-tenant configuration export is in development.
If Vesana is not developed further for 12 months, the source code is released to existing customers for continued use and maintenance.
These commitments will become part of the Vesana license terms.
