Only hosts are counted — not checks, sensors or tenants. Every plan includes every feature, the free one too; paid plans add unlimited tenants.

All prices are net, plus VAT. A paid license is perpetual and includes 12 months of updates; renewing adds another 12 months at the same yearly price. Details on limits: license documentation. Our long-term commitments on prices, licenses and data: Fairness Commitment.
Founding Partner Program
The first 10 customers to buy a license — MSPs, IT service providers and in-house IT teams — receive 50% off their plan — the license and every renewal — for as long as they renew without a break.
In return we ask for two things: permission to name you as a reference, and regular feedback on what works and what does not.
Apply by mailEvery device or target you create in Vesana — a server, switch, firewall, NAS, printer and so on — counts as one host, no matter how many checks run on it. Copied hosts and hosts restored from the trash count; hosts in the trash and deactivated hosts do not. Checks and sensors are never counted, and paid plans do not limit tenants.
No. A license key is perpetual: its host and tenant limits apply permanently, and nothing is ever switched off or locked. The key includes 12 months of updates; Admin → License shows the date they run until. Every Vesana version released up to that date can be installed. After it, you keep running the version you have; newer versions need a renewal, which adds another 12 months at the same yearly price.
One production instance and two test instances per key. The key is activated once when you enter it; after that Vesana runs offline. Moving to a new server takes one click under Admin → License, and air-gapped installations activate with a request and response file.
Yes. Vesana runs on your own server — a Debian or Ubuntu machine, installed with one command. There is no SaaS version.
Write to hello@vesana.org. You receive a new license key and enter it under Admin → License. No migration: all data stays, only the limits change.
On your server, in your own PostgreSQL database. Measurements, device and tenant data are not sent to Vesana. Each instance sends a small daily status record (version and counts, no names or measurements), which can be switched off. With a license key, a short check-in every 6 hours carries only key and activation identifiers.
